BEE&YOU Raw Honey is carefully sourced from the diverse floral regions of Anatolia, where bees forage among a wide variety of native plants.
Our raw honey is not heated above 45°C (113°F) and is gently filtered to help preserve its naturally occurring pollen, enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and authentic aroma.
The result is honey that remains close to its natural form, shaped by the rich landscape from which it originates.
A Special Place for Pine Honey
Anatolia is also renowned for pine honey, one of the region’s most distinctive honey varieties.
Unlike traditional floral honey, pine honey is produced when bees collect honeydew found on pine trees rather than nectar directly from flowers. This gives it its characteristic darker color, rich texture, and deep, resinous flavor.
Pine honey is a unique reflection of Anatolia’s natural landscape and one of the most distinctive varieties in the BEE&YOU honey range.
