Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.

How long will it take to arrive? 

We usually ship via Amazon fulfillment and shipping time will vary between 2-8 business days based on the "ship to" destination after your order has shipped. To ensure there are no delivery delays, please make sure to include your apartment, door, or suite number in your address and review it carefully. Please let us know immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address. It is BEE&YOU's policy not to replace items that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address being supplied.

Are there items missing from your order?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will see separate tracking numbers in your account. You can track each package to see when it will arrive.

 

Unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disasters, changes in carrier routes, etc.) can cause delays in deliveries and delivery times are not guaranteed. 

 

How much does BEE&YOU charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders of $60 or more. We charge $7.99 flat shipping rate for any location for the orders less than $60.
