WHAT IS ROYAL JELLY ?
Royal jelly is a natural bee product secreted by worker bees from their specific glands and used to feed baby bees and queen bee in the hive. All bees have the same physical characteristics when they are born. However, a single bee in the hive is exclusively fed with large amounts of royal jelly, and that bee differentiates from other bees and turns into a queen bee. The queen bee develops several times bigger than other bees and lays 2000 eggs in the hive every day, ensuring the continuity of the colony. While worker bees live for 45 days, the queen bee can live for 5-7 years by being fed royal jelly throughout her life. Some people know royal jelly named bee milk.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ROYAL JELLY ON THE SKIN ?
Royal jelly helps maintain the skin's moisture balance with its rich nutritional composition and also helps to reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. Bee milk benefits are the production of keratin, an essential component of the skin barrier, with its biotin vitamin content. Due to its valuable lipids provide the oil balance of the skin barrier, that is, the balance of sebum. ROYAL JELLY AND SKIN BARRIER
In a double-blind, randomized controlled scientific study conducted at Kyoto University in 2018, the effect of the royal jelly supplement on skin health was examined. Twenty healthy individuals who participated in the research were divided into two equal groups: the control group (received no royal jelly) and the experimental group. The experimental group was orally given 1 g of royal jelly daily for three months. The study results showed that hydration (fluid support) increased in the upper layer of the epidermis, that is, in the keratinous layer, which functions as a barrier in the experimental group.

Woman Entrepreneur and Food Scientist Dr Asli Samanci needed to find a solution to her son’s weakened immune system. A Pediatrician recommended that she try giving her son propolis. What is Anatolian Bee Propolis?
Propolis is a natural bee product that honeybees collect from the leaves, buds and stems of the plants. Honeybees use propolis to protect their beehive from fungus, bacteria, and viruses. It acts as a natural protective barrier. We source our propolis from pristine Anatolian mountains which are home to 12,000 different plant species and one of the most biodiverse regions in the world.
